2022 has been an absolutely incredible year for Hagley West, filled with growth, milestones, and exciting new ventures. We’ve made tremendous strides as a brand, and none of it would have been possible without the continued support from our amazing community of customers, followers, and partners. As we reflect on this year, we’re proud to share some of the key highlights that showcase just how far we’ve come.
Doubling Our Turnover
This year, we were thrilled to double our turnover from 2021. This accomplishment is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, as well as the unwavering belief in our brand and message of "Love Your Journey." We’ve continued to scale up our operations, improve customer experience, and introduce new product ranges—all of which have contributed to this significant leap in revenue.
Record-Breaking Blackout Sale
One of the most exciting moments of 2022 was the launch of our Blackout Sale, where we shattered our previous sales records. In just five hours, we sold 1,214 watches, more than doubling our previous record for most units sold in a single day. This was an incredible achievement for Hagley West, demonstrating the immense demand for our products and the growing connection we have with our audience.
Expanding to the USA
This year also marked a huge step forward in expanding our international presence, particularly in the USA. We embarked on four trips to the United States to engage directly with our growing American audience. These efforts paid off in a big way, with our U.S. sales between September and November reaching an impressive £238,000, a huge jump from just £18,000 in the same three-month period in 2021. The "Find Tim" challenges in cities like Boston, New York, and Washington, D.C., along with increased social media engagement, helped us significantly boost brand awareness and foster a deeper connection with our U.S. followers.
TikTok Milestone
A key part of our success in 2022 has been our ever-expanding presence on social media, particularly on TikTok. This year, our co-founder and CEO, Tim Hayden, reached an incredible milestone of 1 million TikTok followers. This platform has been instrumental in helping us share our journey, build our community, and engage with customers around the world. Tim’s genuine and authentic content, coupled with the viral success of the Find Tim Challenges, has turned TikTok into one of the primary drivers of our brand’s growth.
Looking Ahead
While 2022 has been a year of unparalleled growth for Hagley West, we are just getting started. We have even bigger plans for 2023, with new product launches, expanded global reach, and continued focus on creating meaningful connections with our customers.
