Tim Hayden is a former captain of the cricket team West Hagley CC. It became fitting that Tim would first turn to the cricketing community to help promote the brand and the HW Journey. The HW journey has a mission, to take on the overpriced and out dated watch industry.

In 2023, Hagley West became the fastest growing watch company in the world selling products to 107 countries.
