Delivery
Hagley West offers free delivery on all orders and free returns on eligible domestic and international orders over £60 within 28 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging. UK, EU, and international customers can use the returns portal, and U.S. and Canada customers have specific instructions.
Guarantee
Hagley West offers two-year warranty covering manufacturer defects from the original purchase date from authorized dealers. This warranty excludes coverage for user damage, water exposure, normal wear, battery issues, glass damage, scratches, strap wear, and theft. Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
